ASSISTANT FUN MANAGER

(FULL-TIME)

We’re currently accepting applications for an Assistant Fun Manager position, a key leadership role within our team. This position is designed as a development path toward becoming an Assistant General Manager.

​

As an Assistant Fun Manager, you will help oversee daily operations, manage opening and closing procedures, and supervise staff to ensure an exceptional player experience. This role is part of our leadership training program, built for driven individuals who are serious about growing within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, adhere to, and improve our detailed operational practices

  • Allocate team personnel as needed during shifts

  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis

  • Provide daily operations including opening and closing of facility as MOD

  • Maintain formal policies and procedures

  • Work weekends and holidays

  • We work when other people play, and we play when others work

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience in either/all: arcade, bowling, family entertainment center, movie theater operations, or other directly related experience

  • Technical and detail-oriented management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Special way of getting along with others, both teammates and customers

  • Maturity and responsibility are key characteristics

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (required)

  • Associate Degree (preferred)

​
