ASSISTANT FUN MANAGER

(FULL-TIME)

This position will guide you toward being a future Assistant General Manager.

 

As an Assistant Fun Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the organization's daily operations, store opening and closing procedures, and staff supervision. This position is a part of the training process for our AGM and GM positions. We're seeking motivated, career-minded individuals who are looking for a long-term home in this fantastic industry. Responsibilities:

  • Manage, adhere to, and improve our detailed operational practices

  • Allocate team personnel as needed during shifts

  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis

  • Provide daily operations including opening and closing of facility as MOD

  • Maintain formal policies and procedures

  • Work weekends and holidays

  • We work when other people play, and we play when others work

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience in either/all: arcade, bowling, family entertainment center, movie theater operations, or other directly related experience

  • Technical and detail-oriented management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Special way of getting along with others, both teammates and customers

  • Maturity and responsibility are key characteristics

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (required)

  • Associate Degree (preferred)
